The insider tip for cyclists
The starting point for most of the tours is the Ennstalradweg R7, which runs between Mandling and Aigen, always along the Enns, through the towns and villages in the region.
Over 60 km of the long-distance cycle path "Ennsradweg" with the marking R7, which leads from Flachau in Salzburgerland to Enns in Upper Austria (a total of 250 km) run through the region. 250 km by bike on a tightly woven nature-culture ribbon through 3 Austrian federal states - Salzburg - Styria and Upper Austria.
The Enns cycle path leads idyllically from the Styrian-Salzburg border in Mandling through fields and floodplains to Pichl, past popular bathing lakes through the enchanting landscape to Schladming. You can relax and recharge your batteries while cycling and exploring the Enns Cycle Path. Diverse side trips are available everywhere here. For example, a leisurely pedal ride on the Mitterberg plateau, a brisk lap around the Sallaberg or a romantic encounter with the Talbachklamm.

More service is not possible!
One route by bike, one route by train: this is how you can enjoy the wonderful Enns Cycle Path depending on your mood.
The regional trains of the ÖBB take bicycles with them and run through the Ennstal at least every two hours. From Schladming it goes via Stainach, Liezen and Selzthal towards St. Michael and back again. You can get on and off at more than 15 train stations in the Liezen district. You can get tickets via the ÖBB app, online at oebb.at or at the ÖBB ticket machines at the train stations.
Saving tip: The ticket for a bike costs only two euros for short and medium-long journeys. For small groups, there is also the inexpensive package deal “Einfach Raus Radticket”. Info: www.oebb.at/en
