With our guest app SAM, all the important information about your stay is right at your fingertips. Practical, easy to use and available 24/7.
As soon as you book, you automatically receive our emails with a link to the web-based guest app SAM. There, you can book services in advance – such as a baby cot, dog package, bread delivery or train station transfer – and find all the key information about your booked apartment and the region, so your holiday can start as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Online check-in and online payment are easy, and of course we are also personally available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our service office in Schladming.
